Forty years of surf. One new identity.
Troggs has been the heart of surfing on Northern Ireland's north coast since 1984, with a surf school since 1994 & two stores in Portrush. We were asked to give that heritage a brand to match, then put it on product people actually want to buy.
The brief.
A new identity is one of the most important & challenging stages in any brand's life. Troggs had over thirty years of heritage, a loyal local following & a name every surfer on the north coast knew, but a look that hadn't kept up.
The brief was to create a new logo for an established surf shop & school, rebrand the store & the school, & create an iconic mark that works on location tees & hoods while sitting alongside a range of classic t-shirts for the shop.
